Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Dubai. We do not currently deliver to other emirates or outside the UAE. If you need flowers sent outside Dubai, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

How fast

Orders placed between 8am and midnight, every day, are delivered within two hours. Orders placed overnight go out first thing the next morning. You can also choose a specific delivery date at checkout.

What it costs

Delivery is free: no minimum order and no surcharge for distance. All prices include VAT.

If nobody is home

We will call the recipient, then you, to arrange a second attempt. We never leave an arrangement unattended outside a door.

Card messages

Add a message at checkout and we will print it on a card sent with the arrangement, free of charge.
