How fresh are the flowers, really?

Your arrangement is cut, conditioned and tied the day it is delivered. We buy to order rather than holding stock, which is why some things sell out — and why we would rather tell you that than send you something tired.

What happens if a flower you have listed is not available?

We substitute a bloom of equal or greater value in the same palette, and we call you before we do it, not after. If the substitution is not something you want, we will refund you rather than send it anyway.

How long will they last?

Most arrangements hold for five to seven days indoors. Trim two centimetres off each stem at an angle, change the water every second day, and keep them out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl — ripening fruit gives off a gas that ages cut flowers noticeably faster. Orchids and phalaenopsis plants run far longer: two to three months of bloom is normal.

Are the chocolates halal?

Yes. Every chocolate we send is halal.

How fast can you deliver, and what does it cost?

Two hours, anywhere in Dubai, and it is free — no minimum order and no surcharge for distance or speed. We deliver every day from 8am until midnight.

Can I have them delivered on a specific date?

Yes. By default your order arrives within two hours, but if you would rather it landed on a particular day — a birthday dinner, an arrival at the airport — choose the date at checkout and add a note, and we will hold it for then.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. Leave the card message blank, or write only what you want the recipient to read. Your name is never printed on the arrangement or the packaging unless you ask for it.

Can I change or cancel after ordering?

Up to six hours before your delivery slot, yes — message us and we will sort it. After that the flowers have usually been bought specifically for your order, so we are not able to refund them.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the arrangement or refund it. We will not ask you to send anything back.

Do you do weddings, events and corporate work?
