Delivery

Every arrangement is made the morning it goes out. Nothing is built in advance and nothing sits in a fridge waiting for an order — which is why we ask you to choose a date rather than promising a cupboard full of ready-made bouquets.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in Dubai, and delivery is free — no minimum order, no surcharge for distance, and no fee for getting it there fast. If you need flowers sent outside Dubai, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can get them to you in good condition.

How fast

Two hours. Not same-day, not a delivery window you have to wait in — two hours from your order to the door, anywhere in Dubai.

We are open and delivering every day from 8am until midnight. Orders placed inside those hours arrive within two hours; anything that comes in overnight goes out first thing in the morning.

If you would rather it arrived on a particular day — a birthday, an anniversary — choose the date at checkout and we will hold it for then instead.

What it costs

Nothing. Delivery in Dubai is included in the price you see on the product page, and the price already includes VAT. There is nothing added at checkout.

Choosing your slot

Pick your delivery date at checkout. If the flowers are a surprise and you would rather we did not call the recipient first, say so in the order notes and we will arrange it with you instead.

If nobody is home

We will call the recipient, and failing that we will call you, and arrange a second attempt. We never leave an arrangement unattended outside a door — in Dubai heat that is the same as throwing it away.

A message with the flowers

Add your message at checkout and we will print it on a card and send it with the arrangement. There is no charge for it, and your name appears only if you write it.
